Our Team in Madagascar have years of experience in the mining and resource industry and have managed two extensive drilling programs for IPR and also successfully managed the community and social relations at both Tratramarina and Ambodilafa while we were there doing exploration works and since by providing community support initiatives. To date at Bekisopa our exploration efforts have been light, however, we have been interacting with the small nearby villages.
Post the successful June 2019 capital raising IPR will boost its personnel numbers in Madagascar to ensure we are constructively interacting with and meeting both the Government and our local community expectations at Bekisopa. The positions of Community and Social Relations Manager and a Bekisopa Exploration Site Manager will be sort to further support the ongoing efforts of our geologists Santa Randriamananjara and Thierry Andriamihaja who have strong local experience and affinity with community and environmental interests.
All these positions with direction from the CEO and CFO, both experienced in working in remote locations, will enable IPR to perform admirably in the areas of government, community, environment and safety ensuring we successfully progress the exploration work plan and gain the confidence of those involved to progress the Bekisopa project.
